WWAG membership

WWAG is for all people in our locality who have experienced mental health issues and those who have an interest in mental health, e.g. carers and professionals. Call us for more information or talk to your local GP or Community Mental Health Team. Clients must be 18 years of age or over. There is no upper age limit.

Many
WWAG clients gain more confidence and make new friends.

WWAG provides a range of social activities as well as in-house computer training and therapeutic groups in a safe environment.

WWAG sponsors clients for Adult Education courses and encourages client participation.

WWAG encourages clients to work at WWAG. Clients help produce our newsletters, attend clients forums and if interested other meetings & forums regarding the delivery of services.

All members of staff are generally available during the opening times (Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm at the Walton Activity Centre and Sat - 10am to 2.30pm at the Joseph Palmer Activity Centre). Please talk to them if you have any worries or concerns.

All clients assigned to WWAG are asked to sign our 'code of conduct' page, to ensure our environment is safe and comfortable for all. See
